The fourth round of R1 field destructive sampling was done from 2:00-2:30 on 08/03/15.

The final three genotypes were ready today (LH185, MoG, PHJR5). For each genotype 3 replicates were harvested with the exception of PHJR5 which only had 1 replicate that needed to be harvested. Each replicate contained three plants at the R1 developmental stage. The tassel (anthers) were harvested. LH185 was harvested from a block in X5 (SP15:10146-10155), MoG was harvested from the block in X6 (SP15:20673-20720), and PHJR5 was harvested from the yield component experiment in X5.

These samples are all in labeled bags in the -80 freezer.
