The first round of V15 field destructive sampling was done from 1:00-2:30 on 07/15/15.

Four of the genotypes were ready today (PH207, PHJ89, PHP02, and W22 (a little bit early, but still sampled)). For each genotype 3 replicates were harvested. Each replicated contained three plants at the V15 developmental stage (Note: the bags say V18 as we thought this would be the stage when the plants would be ready, but on average they are at V15). The immature tassel and immature ear were harvested. All samples were collected from the first block in X7 (SP15:30145-30167).

These samples are al in labeled bags in the -80 freezer.
